- Sun Style: Sun Style features smooth, flowing movements and higher stances, with a gentle,
continuous rhythm. It emphasizes balance, breath, and calm transitions between steps.
- Thursdays:
- Yang Style: Yang Style is known for its slow, steady, and expansive movements. It emphasizes
wide, open postures and smooth transitions, helping build strength, flexibility, and
mental focus.
Both styles are low-impact, meditative, and great for all experience levels. This
class is ideal for faculty and staff looking to improve their health, balance, and
