Thursdays | 5:15 PM | SRWC M166 (Yang Style)

  • Tuesdays:
    • Sun Style: Sun Style features smooth, flowing movements and higher stances, with a gentle, continuous rhythm. It emphasizes balance, breath, and calm transitions between steps.
  • Thursdays:
    • Yang Style: Yang Style is known for its slow, steady, and expansive movements. It emphasizes wide, open postures and smooth transitions, helping build strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
